What happens after I book my stay?

After booking your stay or activity, be on the lookout for direct communication from the host of your booking. They will follow up with more information about your booking and some next steps. If for some reason you do not hear from your host in a reasonable amount of time, you can reach out to us to try and contact them on your behalf or direct message them from your account with any questions.

This is determined by the partner you are booking with and the options you purchase with your booking. Will my host speak English?

This depends on the country and facility you are traveling to. If you are going to a non-English speaking country, it is a good idea to ask your host specifically about this. Most reputable facilities that cater to tourists from other countries will have some English-speaking staff.

What is the Service Fee?

Recovery and Retreats charges a fee of 9% to the Customer to help us run our platform and offer services like 24/7 support on their trip.

The 9% comes from the Subtotal of Room Price times the number of patients, guests, days, and/or any extra services.

Recovery and Retreats Cancellation Policy

Before you make a booking, make sure you have checked carefully the Partner Cancellation Policy as all Partners set their own policies.

In addition to the Partner Cancellation Policy, your booking is subject to the Recovery and Retreats Corporate policy. When you make a booking through the website, you have 24 hours to change your mind and receive a full refund of your purchase price. After the 24hrs, any cancellations are charged our corporate service fee of 10% of the total booking cost.
