At REHAUS we are a group of experts in hospitality, customer service and, as if that were not enough, we are a group of specialists in post-operative recovery.

Our staff of collaborators is made up of our chef, nutritionist, cosmetologist, driver, cleaning support team and our star group of nurses specializing in post-operative patient care in plastic surgery, as well as a team of advisers who will guarantee that your stay and recovery exceed your expectations.

Recovery Policy
  • Entry or check in hours
    At 3:00 p.m. You can use the room earlier, after checking availability.
  • Departure or check out time
    At 11:00 a.m.
  • Extended Departure Time (Late Check-Out)
    It will depend on availability and the cost is 10USD or the equivalent in national currency per hour, until 23:59 hrs. only (does not include food, only complimentary non-alcoholic beverages). After the maximum hours allowed for extended stays, an extra night of the occupied room will be charged instead of the accumulated hours of extended check-out hours.
  • Visits
    Visits by women are allowed, from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. in all REHAUS facilities. Men are allowed to visit from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., only on the ground floor of the REHAUS. (Expenses made by visitors, must be covered at the time or added to the patient's room).
  • Can you smoke in the Rehaus facilities?
    Smoking is prohibited in all REHAUS facilities. The use of vapers or electronic cigarettes are allowed at REHAUS.
  • Can food or drinks be brought in?
    No, it is forbidden to enter with drinks and food.
  • Are there restrictions for the admission of patients?
    We reserve the right of admission.
  • Are post-operative massages included?
    Yes. Our team of collaborators is highly trained to be able to offer you your post-operative massages and lymphatic drainage manually and using ultrasound. Other types of recovery, such as electrostimulation therapy (REVERSE), or radiofrequency (BEM), are not included and if desired, they must be taken externally. Hyperbaric Oxygenation Therapies (HOT) are not included with your quote and will have a separate cost.
  • Do you have laundry service?
    No, however we can help you with the daily cleaning of your compression girdles and stockings. If personal clothing needs to be washed, the administration may be asked to pay for external laundry services on behalf of the client and the cost of this service will be covered by the client and REHAUS is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur. .
  • Can I ask the driver to have personal trips?
    No, our driver's service is exclusive for trips to and from REHAUS only to your hospital, medical or rehabilitation appointments and to the city airport if necessary.
  • Suite Inventory
    Each room is inventoried, said inventory will be carried out daily and any lack, damage or damage caused by the guest must be settled at the end of their stay. In the event that the guest refuses to make the payment of the shortfalls, we will abide by the provisions of the reservation contract.
  • Minibar and snack bar
    Amenities such as minibar and snack bar have extra cost.
  • Extra Companions
    In case of requesting an extra companion, the extra guest must pay a fee equivalent to the use of the room under the acceptance of sharing a bed with the patient or in case the room allows it, the use of a chaise lounge can be enabled to use it as a bed for a companion.
  • Safe
    Each room has a safe, which must be requested at the reception to be able to use it. The patient is exclusively responsible for the use and what is stored in the safe deposit boxes. REHAUS is not responsible for the content or the loss of what is stored inside the safe deposit boxes.
  • Cleaning and housekeeper
    Our team is the most efficient and honest in the world. Both our housekeeper and our cleaning support staff will clean your suite daily, in the same way they will carry out a daily inventory of consumption by the minibar or snack bar and the room in general.
  • Loss of objects
    REHAUS is not responsible for the loss or disappearance of the guest's personal belongings, so you are requested to take care of your belongings at all times.
  • Room service
    You can eat your meals in the comfort of your room without any problem. In case you need something externally, such as special foods, medications, or any product that is necessary for you, it will have an extra cost that will be mandatory to pay at the time of check-out.
  • Room key
    Security and control of access to the room will be the total and absolute responsibility of the client. We advise not leaving the room key at any time or leaving the room open at any time. We are not responsible for loss or disappearance of objects or belongings.
  • Who can book and request the services?
    All clients who have scheduled surgery with a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon Certified by CMCPER will have the right to reserve and request REHAUS services. Other surgical specialties may be included with prior authorization.
  • How can I book?
    All reservations will be made via our reservation platform on the Recovery and Retreats website www.recoveryandretreats.com In case the reservation or any modification within the web portal is not possible, please notify the REHAUS team at Whatsapp +52 33 1455 3222.
  • What are the costs?
    The costs of the stay in REHAUS may vary depending on the dates requested. Once the reservation is made, the prices of the reservation will be blocked and respected.
  • Payments
    Prices must be covered in national currency or the equivalent in US dollars at the exchange rate of the date made. For the specific case of advance payment, cash payments are not accepted.
  • Minimum period
    All reservations will have a minimum of three calendar days without a maximum number of days per reservation. Each calendar day will be equivalent to a reservation night between 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. the following day.
  • Payment methods
    VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards are valid.
  • How much will have to be paid in advance?
    The advance will be 40% of the total amount of the nights stay.
  • How can you pay the advance?
    The advance can be made through our reservation platform on the website using authorized cards, payment through electronic payment platforms or deposit in a bank account. Once your advance payment has been made, please notify the REHAUS team via WhatsApp. In case of making a deposit in a bank account or through PayPal or the Remitly app, please share the payment receipt via WhatsApp.
  • Hospital stay prior to surgery
    In case you require REHAUS services before your surgery and after it, the days of hospital stay during your surgery cannot be excluded, therefore, they must be included and paid for in the reservation. Otherwise, please make two reservations for the days before surgery and then for the days after surgery.
  • Are companions allowed?
    Each guest will have the right to an EXCLUSIVELY WOMAN companion, during their stay (the costs per night per companion are broken down in the reservations section).
  • Cancellations
    Once the advance payment for the reservation of their stay has been made, any patient may cancel and/or modify their reservation date without penalty up to 60 calendar days prior to the reservation date.
  • Cancellations 60 Days Prior to the Reservation Date
    Any change or cancellation of the reservation in a margin of 60 days prior to the reservation date and up to 30 days prior to the reservation date, it will be impossible to return the total advance, so a refund of 50 will be made % of the advance in the following 30 calendar days after the date of said request.
  • Cancellations 30 Days Before the Reservation Date
    Any cancellation or change of date within the 30 days prior to the reservation date will not be possible to refund the advance.
  • Surgery cancellations
    In case your surgery is canceled at the last minute for any reason, unfortunately it will be impossible to partially or fully refund the advance payment. As far as availability, another reservation could be made respecting the advance payment already granted.
